📦SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times
All items are made to order. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or personalized items may take longer depending on the design and workload.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to Canada, the United States, and worldwide using tracked shipping services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in the price for most items. Oversized or specialty items may have additional shipping charges, which will be clearly shown at checkout.
Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within approximately 1 week from the ship date, depending on location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us. We will work with you to help locate the package and find a reasonable solution.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, including replacement or other solutions where appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Duties & Taxes
All prices include applicable duties and taxes where possible. You will not be charged unexpected import fees on delivery.

Due to the nature of our products, all custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Non-Custom Items
Returns may be accepted on non-custom items at our discretion.
